Glucosamine is a protein that helps our body to produce cartilage. It is recommended for patients with cartilage wear. Its function is described in the sense of stimulating the formation of cartilage, help in strengthening the Synovial fluid and alleviating pain, stiffness and swelling, which are the consequence of osteoarthritis.

Chondroitin is naturally present in our joints and has the assignment to inflow joint fluids in the cartilage and thus guarantee flexibility in our joints.
