How it works:

Sea salt helps deep clean pores, balances oil production and reduces the presence of bacteria that can cause skin problems. Furthermore, sea salt acts as a natural cleanser and detoxifier as it absorbs impurities from the skin.

For an even better effect, lavander oil is added to the salt. Lavander oil contains natural antioxidants that protect the skin from free radicals, including chemicals, environmental toxins and pollution. These antioxidants also help alleviate foot and nail problems.

Usage:

1. Pour 3 liters of warm water into the plastic basin. Take one scoop of salt (using the provided measuring cup) containing lavander essential oil in your hand and rub your feet with it. Let the excess salt fall into the basin of water. This will help open the pores and allow for easier absorption of minerals. When you are done rubbing, immerse your feet in a basin filled with water. (If you'd rather not exfoliate, add 3 scoops of salt directly to the water and soak your feet for 10 to 15 minutes.)
2. Add another scoop of salt to the water and soak your feet for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. After soaking, dry your feet in the air or with a clean towel. This way your feet will be soft and refreshed.
